Michael focuses his practice on estate and trust planning, tax planning, and business succession matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. Following law school, Michael practiced at a boutique civil and probate litigation firm, representing business owners, municipalities, construction companies, and individuals across a wide range of litigation and estate planning matters. This background gives him a pragmatic, solutions-oriented perspective that he brings to every client relationship.

Originally from Gainesville, Georgia, Michael returned to North Georgia after law school and remains deeply connected to the community. Outside of his practice, he enjoys reading, hiking, watching movies, and staying active.
