Rebecca joined the Dearth Law team in the fall of 2025, bringing with her a strong background in partnering with executive leadership across both administrative and operational functions. No matter the industry, she’s always enjoyed building thoughtful processes, creating opportunities for growth, and serving as a trusted go-to resource to keep things moving smoothly.

Outside of work, Rebecca is married to Michael, and together they’re raising their two young daughters. As a family, they love traveling, experimenting in the kitchen (and sampling every great bite along the way), supporting local artists of every kind, and continuously reimagining their home through an ever-evolving mix of creative projects—especially Rebecca’s favorite: her greenhouse.
