Marc Dearth has spent his life helping people. His law practice has always focused on complex planning to maximize peace of mind and tax savings.
He believes in prompt, honest communication with a creative, problem-solving spirit.
Marc spent the first thirteen years of his career with boutique firms before starting his own firm in 2015.
Marc and his wife, Jaime, met in 1998 while working summer jobs in a local restaurant. They married in 2002 and now have two children, Cooper and Hudson. They live in the Milton area with Marley (a goldendoodle), Sam (the sheepadoodle), and two rescue cats, Ike and Ally. They are actively involved in the Kings Ridge Christian School in Alpharetta, particularly the fine arts programs. When not working, the family enjoys traveling together to cool places, hiking in North Georgia, and generally being together.
