We are based in Atlanta, Georgia

We are a team of experts in tax and estate planning that puts you first

Meet the professionals

We believe in open, honest communication

Kindness and empathy, no matter what.

This simple rule has kept us in line with how we treat everyone. We respect one another and work with people that do the same. We are for the givers of the world — the people willing to drop everything to help another person in a time of need.

If this sounds like you, then

Let’s work together

Dearth Law is a family
built on kindness

From a young age, my family instilled in me a strong work ethic – no matter the job – and the importance of helping people. As a result, I’m proud of the hourly restaurant work that helped me get to where I am. It taught me how to make sure each person I waited on felt like they were my most important customer.
And that’s how I practice law.
I started this firm to make a difference in the lives of not just my clients, but in the lives of my team. As far as I’m concerned, my people are my family. They share my ideals and my work ethic, which means we’re willing to do what needs to be done so you know you’re important to us.

We’re for the givers of the world, and that means we are known for kindness - toward each other and our clients as well.

You can count on Dearth Law as a confidant, advocate, and a friend at all times. We understand how to balance commitments and go the extra mile.
Whether it’s a late call or a quick turnaround, know this: you are our most important client.
